摘要
梨状肌综合征是临床上引起急慢性坐骨神经痛的常见疾病。临床上本病产生的症状极易与腰椎间盘引起的脊髓受压从而出现的坐骨神经痛发生混淆。在明确诊断的基础上中西医治疗手段层出不穷。目前关于梨状肌综合征在临床上的病例报道越来越多,本文对本病的治疗方法进行了归纳总结。
Piriformis syndrome is a common clinical disease causing acute and chronic sciatica.Clinically,the symptoms of this disease are easily confused with the sciatica caused by the compression of the spinal cord caused by the lumbar intervertebral disc.On the basis of definite diagnosis,traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods emerge in endlessly.At present,there are more and more clinical cases of piriformis syndrome reported.This article summarized the treatment methods of this disease.
