摘要
目的：总结连续性血液净化（CBP）在重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭的疗效及探讨其护理要点。方法：应用CBP治疗19例重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭患者，治疗过程中护士熟练掌握CBP操作规程和技术，进行个体化护理。结果：19例患者存活12例（63．2％），死亡7例（36．8％）。结论：CBP治疗重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭有较好的疗效，在治疗过程中实施正确的护理是提高疗效的重要环节。
Objective： To summarize the efficacy of the treatment of renal failure in severe heart failure by continuous blood purification （CBP）, and investigate its care points. Methods： Use the CBP treatment on 19 renal failure in severe heart failure patients. In the course of the treatment, the nurses need to master the CBP operating procedures and technique to provide the individualized cares. Results： Among the 19 cases, 12 cases had survived （63.2%）, and the other 7 cases had dead （36.8%）. Conclusion： It＇ s effective that use the CBP treatment on renal failure in severe heart fail- ure, and it＇ s an important part that implement the proper care in the process of treatment.
