摘要
江西是一个人口大省,现阶段全省的老龄化在不断上升,对社会养老、经济增长等方面产生深刻影响。全省要进一步完善养老保障制度,推进人口老龄化趋势下养老模式的进一步完善;需要大力发展老龄化产业,特别是对于"银发经济"的探索;尽早建立完善适应老龄化趋势的人力资源管理模式。
Jiangxi is a populous province. The tendency of an aging population is growing continuously at this stage,which has great influences on social old - age care and economy increase. Jiangxi province need improve the system of the aged in- surance and push the old -age care modles further improved; develop the aged industry, especially to explore＂ white -hair＂ economy;build and improve the human resou^es management modes suitable for the aged tendency of population.
