摘要
产业结构的演进变化是社会分工和科技专业细化不断加深的必然结果,而教育是分工和专业化的催化剂,并影响产业结构演进变化的进程。可以使用受教育年限法来核算教育人力资本,建立我国2002—2010年分三个产业的人力资本量实证模型,并计算出第二、第三产业部门GDP占总GDP的比重。研究结果表明,第二产业教育人力资本对产业结构升级的弹性系数最大,其次为第三产业教育人力资本。目前,我国还处于产业结构的初期到中期演进状态,要促进产业结构优化升级,应着重加快第二产业人力资本积累。只有第二产业产出比重不断增长,才能逐步接近发达国家产业结构的演进过程,由第二产业占主导演进为第三产业占主导的产业结构模式。
The evolution of industrial structure change is professional refinement of social division of labor and technology is the inevitable result of the deepening,and education is the catalyst of division of labor and specialization,education affects the evolution of industrial structure change.It can be used in accounting education human capital by the fixed number of year of the education law,setting up in our country from 2002 to 2010 points,the amount of human capital the empirical model of three industry,and calculating the second and third industry sector GDP accounted for the proportion of GDP.The results show that education human capital of the second industry is most elastic coefficient of industrial structure upgrading of human capital,followed by the third industry,education;human capital prior to the conclusion that our country is still in the early to mid-evolution of industrial structure,to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure should focus on the second industry to speed up the human capital accumulation;only the proportion of secondary industry output can continue to grow,gradually close to the evolution of industrial structure in developed countries,by evolution dominated the second industry to tertiary industry dominant industrial structure pattern.
