摘要
目的探讨胸腺肽联合阿昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床效果。方法选择三亚市人民医院皮肤科2009年8月至2011年8月复发性生殖器疱疹患者共90例。采用数字表法随机将上述患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者给予阿昔洛韦口服,每次0.5 g,每日5次,连续应用7 d,同时给予胸腺肽胶囊,每次15 mg,每日3次,连续应用10 d。对照组患者单口服阿昔洛韦,用法同观察组。观察两组患者疱疹消退情况;治疗结束后对两组患者进行随访1年,记录1年内疱疹复发情况。对两组患者疱疹消失时间和复发率情况分别进行统计学t检验和χ2检验分析。结果观察组疱疹消失时间显著短于对照组,分别为(4.5±1.4)d和(7.8±1.3)d,比较差异有统计学意义(t=0.934,P<0.05);随访两组1年的复发情况,观察组疱疹复发率显著低于对照组,分别为42.2%和62.2%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.28,P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽联合阿昔洛韦能够在短时间内改善复发性生殖器疱疹临床症状,降低复发率,临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of thymosin combined with acyclovir in treatment of recurrent genital herpes clinical effect. Methods From August 2009 to August 2011, a total of 90 patients with recurrent genital herpes patients were selected from Department of Dermatology of Sanya City People＇s Hospital. The patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was trea- ted with oral acyclovir,0.5 g each time ,5 times a day, for 7 days, while giving the thymosin capsule, 15 mg each time,3 times a day ,10 days of continuous use. The control group was only treated with oral acyclovir, with the same osage of the observation group. Herpes zoster regression of the two groups was observed ; after the end of treatment, the two groups of patients were followed up for 1 years, recording 1 years simplex recur- rence. Herpes disappearance time and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed statistically by t test and ~2 test. Results The herpes disappearance time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, respectively （4.5 ±1.4） d and （ 7.8±1.3 ） d, the difference was statistically significant （ t = 0. 934, P 〈 0.05 ） ; recurrence were followed up for 1 year, the herpes recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, respectively 42.2% and 62.2%, with significant differences （X2 = 31.28, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Thymosin combined with acyclovir can improve the recurrent genital herpes clinical symptoms in a short period of time and reduce the rate of recurrence with significant clinical effect.
