摘要
目的:观察CO_2激光点式灼烧联合低浓度膦甲酸钠治疗难治性男性生殖器疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年2月至2015年2月收治的60例难治性男性生殖器疱疹患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组均为30例。对照组单用膦甲酸钠干预,观察组则在对照组基础上加用CO_2激光点式灼烧方案,比较两组治疗效果,并记录两组复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疱疹消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、完全结痂时间及皮损愈合时间为(2.2±1.3)d、(2.0±1.5)d、(3.7±2.1)d、(5.1±1.3)d,均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);但两组治疗不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组随访6个月后复发率为6.7%,低于对照组的30.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在难治性男性生殖器疱疹患者的临床治疗中,采用CO_2激光点式灼烧联合低浓度膦甲酸钠方案,可提升治疗有效率,降低复发率,缩短患者康复时间。
Objectives： To observe the clinical effect of CO2 laser point type burning combined with low concentration of foscarnet sodium in the treatment of refractory male genital herpes. Methods： 60 patients with refractory male genital herpes treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected and according to the random number table method,divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with foscarnet sodium intervention alone,while the observation group,based on the control group,was additionally treated with CO2 laser point type burning regimen. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and the recurrence in the two groups was recorded. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group（ 96. 7%） was higher than that in the control group（ 73. 3%）（ P〈0. 05）; The fade time of herpes,pain relief time,complete time to crusting lesions and healing time of skin lesions was（ 2. 2 ± 1. 3） d,（ 2. 0± 1. 5） d,（ 3. 7 ± 2. 1） d and（ 5. 1 ± 1. 3） d which was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. In the 6 months of follow- up,the recurrence rate of the observation group（ 6. 7%） was lower than that of the control group（ 30. 0%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of patient with refractory male genital herps,CO2 laser point type burning combined with low concentration of foscarnet sodium can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce recurrence rate and shorten the recovery time of patients.
