摘要
利用有效媒质理论描述了纳米金属薄膜形成过程中介电函数的变化规律．与实验获得的纳米 Ａｌ和 Ｔｉ薄膜形成过程中
The change of dielectric function during the formation of nanometal film is discribed with the effective medium theory. The little difference between the theoretically calculated and experimental results was discussed.
