摘要
对渗硼共晶化技术进行了全面回顾和系统的分析 ,简要阐述了各类渗硼共晶化方法的基本原理及存在的问题 ;论述了自蔓延高温渗硼共晶化技术的基本原理 ,并初步探讨了 45钢的自蔓延高温渗硼共晶化处理。结果表明 ,利用该技术可以在工件表面直接获得具有共晶组织的渗硼层 ,X射线衍射分析表明 ,渗层主要由α Fe、Fe3(C ,B)、Fe2 B及少量Fe2 3(C ,B) 6 组成。
In this paper,the technology of boriding and eutecticum has been reviewed overall and systematically.And discussion has been made on the basic principle and existing problems of each method.Then the principle of the technology of self-propagating high temperature boriding and eutecticum is discussed.Results of the primary research on the treatment of steel 45 show that a borided layer with eutectic structure can be formed directly on the surface of the parts.X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the borided layer mainly consists of phases α-Fe、Fe 3(C,B)、Fe 2B and a little Fe 23 (C,B) 6 etc.
