摘要
介绍了冲压上常见的“弓”字型零件的冲件工艺方案的确定过程 ,并以EQ1 0 60F三吨载货汽车“顶盖中横梁”为例 ,针对平时在生产中易出现的问题 ,进行了详细的冲压工艺分析 ,确定了合理的冲压工序 。
This article introduces the technology process of the common “弓” parts, and takes the middle crossbeam -roof of the EQ1060 3t truck for example to analyze the stamping process in detail about the easily occoured questions and to establish the proper stamping process. It emphasises the design key point of the stamping die and the improving method that is relevant with all kinds of questions in the production.
