摘要
介绍了弓字形零件冲压工艺方案的确定过程 ,并以EQ1060F载货汽车顶盖中横梁为例 ,针对实际生产中易出现的问题 ,进行了工艺分析 ,确定了合理的冲压工序 。
The determining procedure of the pressing process for the “弓”_shaped parts was introduced. Taking the middle cross_girder of the EQ1060F truck coping as an example and in view of the usual problem in practical production, the technological analysis was made and a reasonable pressing procedure determined. The main design points of the pressing die and the problems of the die occurred in the production and the corresponding improving methods were emphatically introduced.
