摘要
与传统的离心、过滤等方法相比,基于磁性纳米颗粒的分离具有较高的分离效率,并且操作简便、易于回收,近年来已广泛用于溶液中物质的分离、富集及检测.氧化铁纳米颗粒具有较大的比表面积、独特的磁学性质和良好的生物相容性,从而在磁分离领域具有更大的优势.本文针对磁性纳米颗粒在生物样品、水污染处理、异相催化剂等领域中的分离应用进行综述分析,对目前发展现状与存在问题进行了探讨,并对氧化铁纳米颗粒磁分离领域进行了展望.
Compared with traditional methods of centrifugation and filtration, separation based on magnetic particles has some distinctive advantages, such as high separation efficiency, easy operation and recycling. Magnetic particles have been used widely in separation, enrichment and detection of substances in solution system in recent years. Iron oxide nanoparticles have large specific surface area, unique magnetic properties and good biocompatibility, which may provide tremendous potential of applications in magnetic separation. This paper reviewed the applications of magnetic nanoparticles in the field of bio-samples separation, water pollution disposing, and heterocatalysis, explored the current development status and existing problems, and prospected the application areas of magnetic iron oxide nanoparficles separation.
