磁性纳米TiO_2/Fe_3O_4的制备及光催化去除甲基紫的研究 被引量:3

Preparation of Magnetic TiO_2/Fe_3O_4 Nano-composites and Their Use in Photocatalytic Removal of Methyl Violet

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,在磁性纳米Fe3O4表面包覆TiO2制备磁性纳米TiO2/Fe3O4复合光催化剂.用XRD、SEM、FTIR对其表面结构进行表征,结果显示Fe3O4表面被锐钛型的TiO2包覆,该磁性纳米光催化剂颗粒分布均匀,平均粒径为80~100 nm.将纳米TiO2/Fe3O4用着光催化剂去除水中的甲基紫染料,在紫外光照射下,考察了体系pH、处理时间、染料浓度、磁性光催化剂用量等因素对甲基紫去除率的影响.实验结果表明:在pH=9时,紫外光照射2 h,甲基紫浓度为20 mg/L,TiO2/Fe3O4量为1.8 g/L的条件下,甲基紫去除率可达90.5%.且甲基紫去除率随其浓度的增加而降低,随磁性光催化剂用量的增加而升高.该磁性催化剂反复使用3次后,其对甲基紫的去除率仍达82%以上. A magnetic nanometer TiO2/Fe3O4 composite photocatalyst was prepared by depositing TiO2 onto the surface of nano- Fe3O4 cores using sol-gel coating technique. The photocatalyst phase structure and size were characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR.
