ProTaper镍钛锉和不锈钢K锉在根管预备中的联合应用

摘要 目的:比较使用ProTaper镍钛锉逐步深入法及不锈钢K锉逐步后退法两种根管预备方法在根管治疗中的优缺点,及两者联合应用的优势。方法:选取患牙180颗,分成三组,分别采用三种方法各60例进行根管预备,比较其疗效。结果:采用不锈钢K锉逐步后退法根管预备引起急性根尖炎症几率较高。单纯采用ProTaper镍钛锉逐步深入法引起急性根尖炎症的几率较低,但其器械折断率较高。而两者联合应用发生急性根尖炎症几率和器械折断率均较低。结论:采用ProTaper镍钛锉和不锈钢K锉在根管预备中的联合应用发生急性根尖炎症几率和器械折断率均较低,降低了临床成本,值得临床推广。
