常温流动牙胶根管充填的近期疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察常温流动牙胶充填根管的临床疗效。方法选择101例首次需要进行根管治疗的慢性根尖周炎患者,共计128颗磨牙,随机分成2组。采用旋转镍钛锉预备根管,A组66颗磨牙,用常温流动牙胶加牙胶尖根管充填;B组62颗磨牙,碧兰糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填。观察术后1年患者的临床疗效和X线片的根周影像,评价近期疗效。结果术后1年共复诊83例(91颗牙);A组50例(55颗牙);B组33例(36颗牙)。A组4例(7.27%)、B组1例(2.78%)有临床症状;2组X线片各有3例(5.45%)出现根周膜间隙增宽和2例(5.56%)根尖病变未愈。2组术后临床成功率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论常温流动牙胶与碧兰糊剂一样对根管具有良好的封闭能力,可作为根管充填材料使用,远期疗效还有待进一步观察。 Objective To evaluate the outcome of root canal treatment (RCT) using GuttaFlow with lateral condensation (LC) technique.Methods A total of 101 patients(128 molars)who required primary and nonsurgical RCT were included.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The root canals were instrumented and finally filled with either Gutta-Flow (group A,66 molars) or Cortisomol (group B 62 molars) by gutta-percha lateral compact technique.The treated teeth were examined both clinically and radiographically one years after the treatment by the same examiner.Results The one year follow-up was completed in 83 patients(91 teeth),including 55 teeth filled with GuttaFlow and 36 teeth with Cortisomol.Post-treatment symptoms were observed in four teeth (7.27%) of the GuttaFlow group and in one teeth (2.78%) in the Cortisomol group,while the radiographic radiolucency were found in three teeth (5.45%) of the GuttaFlow group and in two teeth (5.66%) in the Cortisomol group.There was no significant difference in success rate between the two groups(P〉 0.05).Conclusion GuttaFlow is as good as Cortisomol in root canal filling and can be used for root canal treatment,but the long term clinical results need further investigation.
