摘要
实训基地建设是提高职业院校提高实践环节的教学工作水平重点，以西安电力高等专科学校为例，强化行业特色，突出工学结合特色，分析了实训基地建设在高职院校整体工作中的重要作用，对如何建设具有工学结合特色的校内实训基地进行了探讨．
The construction of practical training base is the important teaching level focus to improve the practice link in the vocational colleges. This article takes the Xihn Electric Power College for example, strengthens the in- dustrial characteristics, stresses the characteristics of combination of working and learning, analyzes the important role of the training base construction in the overall context of vocational colleges, and discusses how to construct the practical training base in campus with the characteristic of combination of working and learning.
