摘要
结合西安电力高等专科学校的企业办学实践经验，阐述了企业办学对职业教育的促进作用，分析了企业举办职业院校的过程中存在的办学政策、办学定位、办学经费、师资培养等方面问题，依据国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要，提出了促进企业办学在法律法规、政策支持、机制建设等方面的发展对策．
Combining the enterprise -running colleges＇practices in Xi＇an Electric Power College, this article states the facilitating effects which the enterprises play in the vocational education, analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise - running vocational colleges such as school - running policy, orientation, expenses, teachers training. It also points out the development strategies of promoting the enterprises to run colleges in law and rules, the policy supporting, the mechanic construction and so on.
