摘要
介绍了叉类件(典型类转向节)的锻压成型工艺 ,重点论述了零件分模面、锁扣等的设计过程 ,解决了锻造时部分结构无法成型的技术难题。
The forging technology for forming the forked parts (the typical steering joint) was introduced. The design process for the parting line and the lock catch of the part was emphatically stated. It solved the technical problem that part of the structure could not be formed when forging.
