摘要
介绍了基于UG的具有复杂曲面塑件的曲面分模原理及方法,阐述了复杂曲面塑件的曲面分模过程,分析了曲面分模过程中技术应用要点和分模过程中常见问题的解决方法。指出基于UG的曲面分模方法可对任何复杂曲面塑件进行分模,可提高具有复杂曲面塑件的分模精度。
The surface sub-module theory and methods on the complex surface of the plastic pieces based on UG was introduced, the sub-module process was expatiated, and the technical points and the solutions to the common problems in the sub-module process were analyzed. It is point out that the surface sub-module technology based on UG can be used in every complex plastic piece and the sub-module precision can be increased.
