摘要
对多边形顶点算法作了相应改进 ,有针对性地构造出与之相适应的优化排样算法 ,并开发出冲裁模优化排样CAD系统。该系统能同时计算出普通单排、对头单排、普通双排和对头双排四种排样方式各自的最优结果 ,对于板料的单件排样 ,系统能绘制出最优排样图 ,不仅算法效率高 ,实用性强 ,且能保证最优解。
In this paper, the algorithms to apex of polygon in layouts were made corresponding improvements, thus new optimal layouts algorithms were built, and a optimal layout system for blanking part was developed. The system can calculate the optimal results of single row, pair wise single row, double row, pair wise double row at the same time, and also can give the optimal layout drawings of single part layout on plate, it is a efficient and practical system and can ensure optimal results.
