摘要
本文介绍了利用微机对冲裁参数计算、排样和板材下料进行辅助设计的一种实用程序。对生产中常用的排样方法设计了各自统一的数学模型,编制了图形输入、参数计算、信息化处理、图形输出检验、排样优化、以及冲裁最优排样与板材最优下料图形的显示与打印程序。并列举了几个排样实例,使材料利用率明显提高,本程序采用BASIC语言编写,运行于PC系列微机上,通用性强,使用方便可靠,可以适用于各种冲压零件的排样。
Apractical program of the parflmeter calculation of blanking,blank layout andsheet shearing by CAD is introduced in this paper. The mathematical models are estblishedfor the blank layout methods widely used in production.A BASIC program is compiled forthe blank layout of various stampings, The program used in PC computers is universal, con-venient and relible and it includes input, parameter calculation,information treatment outputchecking, blank layout and the showing and drawing of the optimum blank layout and sheetshearing. Besides,some practical examples are given,in which the utilization ratio of materialincrefqses ohvioLisly.
