摘要
高校图书馆对社会开放是当今我国图书馆发展的一个必然的趋势。高校图书馆在条件允许的情况下,适当地对社会民众开放,不但可以充分利用闲置资源,担当起服务社会的责任,而且有利于高校图书馆自身的发展。从四个方面对高校图书馆对社会民众开放问题进行了简要论述。
In China,it will be inevitable for university libraries to be open to the public use in its development.At present,university libraries opening to public use appropriately can not only make full use of the idle resources,serving the communities but also be beneficial to its development.In this paper,the author explores the issue and proposes some ideas concerning university libraries＇ opening to the public use.
