摘要
文章对我国高校图书馆特别是西部经济条件较弱地区图书馆对社会开放的问题进行了探索,对高校图书馆对外开放应具备的条件以及开放的方式方法进行了阐述,同时也讨论了高校图书馆对外开放过程中应该注意的问题。
This paper explores the issue of the opening of academic libraries to the society,especially the libraries in the western regions,elaborates the qualifications that academic libraries should have and the ways of their openings to the society,and at the same time discusses the problems which should be noticed during the process of their openings to the society.
