摘要
目的 :建立复方替硝唑单向缓释膜体外透膜吸收的实验方法。方法 :以恒温双室卡口渗透池为实验装置 ,以羊的肠粘膜为透粘膜屏障 ,采用紫外分光光度法检测替硝唑经粘膜的渗透量及透保护膜层的扩散量。结果 :吸收促进剂能增加替硝唑的透粘膜吸收 ,但各组 (含对照组 )间经配对t检验没有影响。结论 :吸收促进剂在不影响保护膜层的情况下能够提高药膜中替硝唑的单向透粘膜吸收。
OBJECTIVE:To establish an in vitro method for penetration test of the film.METHODS:Constant temperature two poor bayonet as experiment unit,intestines mucosa of sheep as protective screen,and UV spectrophotometry for determining the osmosis quantity of tinidazol penetrating mucosa and diffusing quantity of protective films.RESULTS:The absorption promoter can increase the absorption of tinidazol penetrating mucosa,but have no remarkable difference according to t test ( P > 0.05 ).CONCLUSIONS:Absorption promoter can increase the absorption of tinidazol of 3% azone with the film 3% DMSO is the best one. [
