摘要
为鼓励更多青年教师积极参加说课大赛,通过参赛提高课堂教学效果、教学质量及教学水平,并充分发挥说课大赛对提高青年教师教学质量所起的示范引领作用,结合参加说课大赛的经历及河北农业大学青年教师说课大赛的组织形式及相关环节,分析总结了说课大赛对高校青年教师培养所起的主要作用,并对说课大赛组织活动的部分环节提出了一些建议。
In order to encourage more young teachers to attend the speaking lesson competition (SLC), improve the teaching effect, teaching quality and teaching level, and play its full role of demonstration and leading, the SLC effect on cultivating young teachers is analyzed and summarized. In combination with personal experiences and forms of SLC in Agricultural Uni- versity of Hebei, some suggestions are put forward.
