摘要
农民专业合作社是当前重要的新型农业经营主体之一,也是提供农业社会化服务的不可或缺力量。合作社提供的社会化服务对具有"资本与劳动双密集"特点的中国奶业作用明显。基于12家奶农合作社的案例分析表明,奶农合作社通过技术指导与培训、生产资料供应、生鲜乳销售和金融借贷等方面社会化服务功能的发挥,可以有效保障生鲜乳质量安全并增加奶农收益,但目前仍在谈判地位、计价方式、资金来源等方面存在亟待解决的若干阻碍因素。
Farmers＂ professional important power of agricultural social cooperative is not only a type of new service. Social services provided by agricultural operators, but also an Cooperatives plays a very signifi- cant role in China＇s dairy industry which has the characteristics of capital and labor intensive. Analysis based on the case of 12 dairy farmers cooperatives showed that, dairy farmers＂ cooperatives could effectively protect the quality and safety of raw milk and increased dairy farmers income through technical guidance and training, supply of production materials, raw milk sales and financial lending etc. However, there were still certain obstacles to be solved in cooperatives＂ negotiating position, pricing, funding sources and so on.
