营销合作社分类型效率考察:理论框架与实证分析 被引量:17

The Efficiency in Product Types of Marketing Cooperatives:Theoretical Framework and Empirical Analysis

摘要 本文提出了一个衡量营销合作社效率的理论框架,并运用Bootstrap-DEA方法测算了2009年浙江省营销合作社总体及细分产品类型的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率。结果表明,无论是总体还是分产品类型,浙江营销合作社技术效率水平均较低,且技术低效率的主导因素是纯技术低效率。从粮食和一般经济作物类、蔬菜水果类、畜禽水产养殖类三类合作社效率水平的比较来看,畜禽水产养殖类合作社的技术效率和纯技术效率水平在三类合作社中最高,粮食和一般经济作物类合作社最低。从各类合作社内部的效率差距来看,粮食和一般经济作物类合作社的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率差距在三类合作社中最小,蔬菜水果类合作社的技术效率和纯技术效率差距最大,畜禽水产养殖类合作社的规模效率差距最大。各类合作社效率异质性的可能原因有产品特性及市场竞争的异质影响。 This paper puts forward a theoretical framework of agricultural marketing cooperatives' technical efficiency and estimates technical,scale and pure technical efficiencies for the Zhejiang agricultural marketing cooperatives in 2009,using the Bootstrap-DEA method.Empirical results suggest that Zhejiang agricultural marketing cooperatives' economic efficiency level in overall and sub-product types are all low and pure technical inefficiency provides a greater contribution to technical inefficiency.In the three product types,the livestock,poultry and aquatic farming systems cooperatives' technical and pure technical efficiencies levels are highest,but the grain and cash crops cooperatives' technical and pure technical efficiencies levels are lowest.However,the different grain and cash crops cooperatives' technical,scale and pure technical efficiencies have the least gaps,but the different vegetable and fruit cooperatives' technical and pure technical efficiencies have the greatest gaps,and the different livestock,poultry and aquatic farming systems cooperatives' scale efficiency has the greatest gap,in the three product types.Possible intrinsic reasons are the heterogeneous effects of product attribute and market competition.
