摘要 在综合空域、频域在织物图像处理各自优缺点的基础上,提出了一种空域与频域相结合的自动测量织物纬密度的新方法。先在空域中提取代表织物纬纱的基元并得到其位置信息,经过区域形态学、直线拟合等连接孤立的基元得到织物纬线,进而粗略计算出纬斜角。计算相邻纬线间距和各纬线宽度得到粗略的纬密度值。以此精确定位频域纬线峰值点的位置得到织物的精确纬密度。实验证明该方法可以实现对高纬密度、多品种、纬斜织物纬密度的自动、快速且精确测量。 On the basis of synthesizing the advantages and disadvantages of spatial and frequency domain in fabric image processing, a new method to automatically measure fabric weft density which combines spatial domain with frequency domain is presented in this paper. Firstly, the elements of the fabric weft yarns are extracted in spatial domain so as to obtain their position information. Firstly, the element representing fabric weft was drawn in the spatial domain, and the location information was gained. The isolated elements were connected through regional morphology and linear fitting to obtain fabric weft. Then, the weft angle was worked out roughly. The rough weft density was gained through calculating the distance between adjacent wefts and weft width. Thus, accurate weft density of the fabric was obtained through accurate positioning of the position of weft peaks in the frequency domain. The experiments proved this method could achieve automatic, fast and accurate measurement of the weft density of multiple types of fabrics with high weft density and skew-bow fabrics.
