摘要
采用CCD摄像头拍摄机织物图像,根据其特性进行图像处理,自动寻找条纹方向并旋转图像.通过运用误差处理的方法,得到精确的织物经纬密度.研究结果表明,拍摄一幅图像即可快速得到织物的经纬两个方向的密度,比傅里叶变换和小波变换计算量小,并可以用于实际生产过程中的纺织品密度在线检测.
The digital image captured with CCD camera is processed according to the woven fabric character. The direction of the stripes is found out and the image will be rotated automatically. The fabric density can be accurately calculated by using error treatment. The warp and weft densities can be quickly worked out just by using only one fabric image,and it is less complex than the Fourier transform and wavelet transformation. The method can be applied to the online detection of fabric density in real manufacturing.
