摘要
酶作为一种生物催化剂,在体外同样可以高效率的催化大多数化学反应的进行。通过不同方法对酶进行固定化可以提高其催化稳定性,降低使用成本,便于大规模生产应用。本文系统的综述和分析了各种固定化方法的优缺点及其在固定化酶方面的研究进展,并对这些方法的应用前景进行了展望。
As a biocatalyst, enzyme can catalyze some chemical reactions efficiency in vitro. By different methods for immobilization enzyme could improve catalyst stability, reduced the cost. It was good for large production applications. The recent research progress of immobilization methods were reviewed in this pater. The outlook of potential applications of these immobilization methods were also prospected
