摘要
本文通过改变离心铸造的转速,获得了初晶Si由外向内或由内向外富集的Al-24wt%Si合金自生梯度复合材料。分析了复合材料的形成过程,考察了复合材料的组织、硬度和初晶Si的分布。
In situ gradient composites of Al-24wt;Si alloy, which possess the microstructures of accumulated primary silicon from inner layers to outer layer or from outer layer to inner layer, have been achieved using changing the rotation rate of centrifugal casting. The forma- tion process of the composites has been analyed, and the structure, hardness and distribution of primary silicon.
