摘要
虽然梯度功能材料的制备方法很多 ,但效率较高、成本较低、操作较简单的方法是离心铸造法。本文对离心铸造法制备梯度功能材料的发展过程、研究现状及今后研究的方向进行了综合评述。作者认为尽管目前离心铸造梯度功能材料已取得了一系列研究成果 ,但仍属于技术探索和经验积累的起步阶段 ,在离心力场中强化相的梯度分布理论、强化相在金属液凝固过程中的行为等很多方面尚有待于进行深入的研究。
Although there are a lot of the fabricating techniques of functionally gradient material (FGM),the centrifugal casting method is more effective,cheaper and easier to operate.The development process and status,and further research directions of FGMs by centrifugal casting are comprehensively discussed in this paper.Authors consider that the research of FGM by centrifugal casting still belongs to the initial stage when the technology is developed and the experience is accumulated though a series of research achievements have been obtained.Many aspects,such as the gradient distribution theory of the reinforcement and the behavior of the reinforcement during metal melt solidification in centrifugal force field,are waiting for studying deeply.
