摘要
目的:快速准确测定牛奶中的铬含量。方法:前处理采用稀释液超声处理牛奶样品,并用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铬,对稀释液的配比浓度,超声时间等条件进行优化。结果:在优化后的条件下,对牛奶样品进行处理分析,测定的相关系数r=0.9997,方法检出限为0.18ug/L,加标回收率在96.1%-102.9%。结论:本方法操作简单、快捷,具有良好的准确性和可靠性。
Objective: Rapid and caaurate determination of chromium content in milk. Methods: Pre-treated the milk with dilunet and ultrasonic,determined the calcium in milk by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, discussed the ration of concentration of the diluent and ultrasonic time conditions. Results: Under the optimized conditions, the correlation coegicient r = 0.9997,the limit of detection was 0.18 μg/L. The recoveries rate was 96.1% -102.9%. This method was, stable and applicable. Conclusion:The method was simple and fast,with good accuracy and reliability.
