摘要
将乳浊液进样技术应用于火焰原子发射光谱法,成功地测定了润滑油中的钙、钡。对乳化剂的选择、化学干扰的消除及空白溶液的配制进行了考察,提出了配制与试液粘度相同的空白溶液的原理及方法。将样品溶于本,用乳化剂OP乳化成乳浊液,然后配制成试液,喷入空气-乙炔火焰,以氯化石蜡乳浊液制成空白溶液作为参比,用工作曲线法测定。本方法的测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±3.0%,t检测表明两种方法之间无显著性差异。方法灵敏、快速、准确。
The emulsion sampling technique has been applied to flame atomic emission spectrometry to determine successfully calcium and barium in lubricating oils. Choice of emulsifier, elimination of chemical interference and preparation of blank solution were studied. A Principle and method of preparing blank solution having the same viscosity with test solution has been examined. Samples were dissolved by benzene, emulsified by emulsifier OP and made into test solutions, then injected into air-acetylene flame and working curve method was used to determine with the blank solution prepared by paraffin chloride emulsion as reference. The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors between them were less than ± 3 .0 %. The t-test showed that no difference was found between two methods. This method is sensitivity, rapid and accurate.
