摘要
深化对环境立法的理论认识,挖掘环境立法在环境保护中的潜能,探究环境立法与环境行政的融合之道,是解决西部环境问题的根本。内蒙古自治区在环境保护中基于本地的特殊情况进行了一些地方环境立法,并发挥了一定的作用,但是也存在一些问题。因此,完善内蒙古自治区的环境立法,对将来的内蒙古自治区环境保护有重要意义。
Deepening the theoretical understanding of environmental legislation, mining environmental legislation in environmental protection potential, explorating environmental legislation and administration of the fusion, those are root to solve western the environmental problems. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region conducted some of the local environmental legislation in the environmental protection based on the local special circumstances, this produced certain effect, but also put in a few problems. So the perfection of environmental legislation in the future in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has important significance of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region environmental protection.
