摘要
目的 分析老年人创伤后大面积脑梗塞机理、临床特点、治疗及预后。方法 对 48例老年人大面积脑梗塞的临床资料结合文献进行分析。结果 老年人大面积脑梗塞有其临床特点 ,多发生在大血管供血区 ,神经功能缺损明显 ,并发症多 ,预后极差 ,病死率高。结论 要重视对老年人大面积脑梗塞的认识 。
Objective To analyse clinically the genetic machanism,clinical characteristics and the prognosis of old people's extensive traumatic cerebral infarction.Method Forty eight such cases have been observed and analysed.Results Old people's extensive traumatic cerebral infarction had its characteristics,which occured mostly in the blood supply area of big branch blood vessels,and had observous nerve function defect.Conclusion It has more clinical complication and bad prognosis.The death rate is high.
