摘要
本文报告采用同种动物血凝块注入大鼠颈内动脉造成局灶性脑缺血模型,同时腹腔内注射50%葡萄糖6ml 和3.2ml,分别于24和48小时处理动物,进行光镜组织病理观察,其结果为6ml 和3.2ml 葡萄糖组脑缺血改变和脑水肿均较对照组(单纯缺血组和缺血生理盐水组)为严重且伴有点状出血。此结果证明高浓度葡萄糖具有加重脑缺血的病理改变的作用。文章对其机制和意义进行了讨论。
This paper presented a report of an experimental model ofreginal cerebral infarctions by embolizations by injecting bloodclots into an internal carotid artery of rats.At the same time50% glucose solution 6ml/kg or 3.2ml/kg were injected intraperitoneally.The pathological changes were observed at24th and 48th hour respectively.Acute cerebral ischemia andbrain edema were seen In all control specimens(sinple isclemiaand ischemia following injected 2ml of normal saline)andhyperglycemic specimens(6ml/kg and 3.2ml/kg).Thesepathological changes were more severe in hyperglycemic groupsthan in the control groups.particularly the cerebral ischemicinjury associated with small hemorrhages in the subcortex.Thesechanges and their significance were discussed.
