摘要
目的 为临床治疗不孕症建立体外受精 -胚胎移植 (IVF -ET)动物模型。方法和结果 1995年 11月开始对小鼠受精卵进行体外培养 ,至 1998年 6月成功地建立了动物模式。结论 根据小鼠受精卵的发育来检测培养液的质量 ,了解仪器设备、周围环境是否适合胚胎的生长 ,将此作为IVF -ET的质量控制。
Objective To put new technology of fertilization in vito and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) into clinic use for treating infertility.Method and Result We began mouse embryo culture in vitro from December 1995 and set up animal model successfully in June 1998.We analyze the culture medium,instruments and air condition with this animal model.Conclusion Mouse embryo culture is a good quality control for human fertilization in vitro and embryo transfer.
