摘要
某炼油厂2500kt/a蒸馏装置在加工哈萨克斯坦原油后,出现常压塔石脑油初馏点偏低问题。通过降低常顶油气二段冷凝冷却器E-46/A^F和E/47空冷风机的变频转速,提高石脑油外放温度;降低石脑油产品罐V-5的压力,解决常顶瓦斯后路压降大问题;常压塔顶油汽采用"两段冷凝"工艺,避免汽液两相在空冷器中的接触再吸收。技术改造后,解决了由于工艺设计缺陷造成的石脑油初馏点偏低的问题。
Since the 2 500 kt/a distillation unit of an oil refinery processed the crude oil of Kazakhstan , the problem of low initial boiling point of naphtha in atmospheric tower of the distillation unit occurred. By decreasing the frequency converter speed of the air coolers of the second-stage condensation coolers E-46/A~ F and E/47 of atmospheric top oil & gas , increasing naphtha discharging temperature ; decreasing the pressure of naphtha product vessel V-5 , solving the problem of big pressure drop of the atmospheric top gas in the rear line ; using ' 2-stage condensing ' process for atmospheric tower top oil & gas to avoid the contact reabsorption of vapor-liquid 2 phases in the air coolers. After the technical modification , the problem of low initial boiling point of naphtha caused by process design defect has been solved.
