苯酚异丙苯P-1008A/B泵机械密封损坏原因分析及改进

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司上海高桥分公司化工事业部漕泾苯酚异丙苯装置P-1008A/B泵,自装置开工以来故障频繁,主要表现为密封失效泄漏不断。经过检查分析,认为:密封腔内的介质流速过快,且介质气液两相并存,气相介质在波纹管表面产生汽蚀现象,是出现故障的根本原因。通过改变密封冲洗形式、提高换热效果,解决了这一问题,效果很好。 P-1008A/B pump in Chanjing phenol mumol plant of Chemical Industry Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Gaoqiao Co.Ltd.had much trouble since it was commissioned,the main problem focused on frequent leakage from seal failure.Through checking and analyzing,it rec- ognized that the essential reasons of the failure were of the medium over flow speed in annular seal space as well as the medium presented in gas -liquid phase,while the medium in gas phase created cavitation erosion on the surface of cor- rugated tube.The effect was very good after the problem was solved by shifting seal flush form and improving heat exchange efficiency.
