摘要
在高等教育普及化的今天,重视"大学第一年教育"(FYE)已成全球共识。中国亟需建立自我特色的FYE,这是应对大学新生过渡难、弥补中国应试教育偏差、提升高等教育质量、引导新生规划未来职业的需要。中国要建设具有自我特色的FYE,应该从思想上高度重视"大学第一年教育",借鉴美国、日本等FYE经验,设计中国特色FYE课程,建立强有力的FYE支撑队伍,并利用现代网络技术建立FYE信息平台。
In the popularization of higher education, emphasis on ＂First Year Experience＂ （ referred to as FYE） has become a global consensus. China urgent need to establish FYE with self--features,which is the necessary problem should be dealt with for college freshmen in transition,making up the deviation of test--oriented education, upgrading the quality of higher educa- tion,guiding freshmen to planning for the future career. In order to have self--features of FYE,China should attach great im- portance to FYE in ideology,learn from America and Japan,devise Chinese--features FYE course, establish a strong FYE sup- port team,and found FYE information platform using modern network technology.
