摘要
在基础日粮 (含碘 0 2 0 0 8mg/kg)中添加 0、16 0和 12 5 0mg/kg碘 ,对Hisex蛋鸡连续饲喂 5周 ,结果表明 ,三个水平组试鸡羽区皮肤表皮厚度及羽囊厚度变化差异均不显著 (p >0 0 5 ) ,试鸡羽区皮肤真皮胶原纤维层最大厚度变化以 2组较 1、3组增厚差异显著 (p <0 0 5 ) ,胶原纤维层最小厚度变化三组之间差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;试鸡裸区皮肤表皮生发层和角质层的厚度增加差异均显著或极显著 (p <0 0 5&p <O 0 1) ;皮肤角质层和生发层断裂点上升差异显著或差异极显著 (P <0 0 5&P <0 0 1) ;表皮下淋巴细胞密度增加 .试验提示 。
Hisxe hens was fed with high dietary iodine for 5 weeks. The result show that it changed not any significantly (P>0 05) about the thickness of the epidermis and plume bursa and barrel calamus within the pterlae. The thickness of the epidermis within apterlae in creased significantly (p<0 05). The density of lymphocyte increased infiltrated in the cutis. The amount breakpoint increased significantly (p<0 05) which on the stratum corneum and stratum germination. The data show that the high dietary iodine changed the thickness of the epidermis within apterlae and the cutis breakpoint of hens.
