高分子修饰超顺磁性纳米Fe_3O_4研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 表面修饰超顺磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子因其具有特殊的磁效应、较好的生物相容性、稳定性和丰富的化学反应性等优异特点,在生物医药领域核磁共振造影剂、药物的磁靶向运输、免疫测定、磁热疗和细胞分离中显现出巨大的应用潜力。本文主要对高分子修饰超顺磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子的研究进展做综合概述。 Surface modified superparamagnetic of Fe3O4 nanoparticle showed great applicable potential in the fields of biomedicine such as magnetic resonance imaging, drug delivery, immunoassay, hyperthermia and cell separation by reasons of their particular magnetic, great biocompatibility, stability, and rich reaction selectivity. The surface modified superparamagnetic of nanoparticle and the development trend of modified nanoparticles were forecasted.
