摘要
磁流变弹性体是磁流变材料的一个新的分支,由于其解决了磁流变液易沉降、稳定性差、颗粒易磨损等问题,正越来越多的受到学术界和工业界的普遍关注。但目前多数研制的磁流变弹性体存在机械性能不够好和磁致效应不够强的问题,这制约了基于磁流变弹性体器件的设计和应用。该文采用了机械性能较好的柔性环氧树脂作基体,使用微米的羰基铁粉填充的方法制备出在固定外加磁场下,绝对磁致模量达到2 356 MPa,相对磁效应达58%的各向同性磁流变弹性体,并得出以环氧树脂作基体添加微米级羰基铁粉制备磁流变弹性体的最佳配比方案。
Magnetorheological Elastormers are new kind of Magnetorheological materials.It has been paid more and more attention in the academic field and industry because of its advantages that the settlement of particles is not restricted by time and there is no need to use the container to keep the MR material in its place.But conventional MREs are limited in its applications because their MR effects and mechanical performances are not high enough.In this paper,the micro-iron particles are mixed in the flexible epoxy resin which is chose as the matrix because of its good mechanical properties. The field-induced increment of modulus is 2 356 MPa; the relative MR effect is 58%. The best allocation- proportional plan for the mixture is found.
