24 0羽健康AA肉鸡随机均分为对照组 ,试验 1组 ,试验 2组。从 8日龄起分别饮用含Cl 0 0 %、0 0 9%、0 18%的饮水以观察肉鸡胫骨软骨发育情况 ,同时对其进行了X射线、骨密度、血清学和形态学的研究。结果表明 :(1)饮水高氯可增加胫骨软骨发育不良的发病率。 (2 ) 3周后病鸡胫骨近端的X射线可透区与软骨增生区的形态一致 ,其承重侧的骨皮质增厚。 (3)试验组鸡的胫骨骨密度较对照组稍高 ,但差异不显著。骨密度随日龄的增加而增大。 (4 )血清Ca、P、Cl 的变化各组间差异均不显著。 (5)病鸡胫骨近端的纵切面有玉白色楔状软骨团块深入干骺端甚至骨髓腔。此软骨团块由大量的过渡型软骨细胞构成 ,血管稀少 ,骨小梁排列紊乱、扭曲 。
Two hundred and forty broiler chickens were divided into three groups evenly and treated with 0 0%(C),0 09%(T 1),0 18%(T 2)Cl (from NaCl)in their drinking water at 8 days of age.Development of tibial chondrocytes were observed.X ray examination、bone desity detection,chemical plasma treatment and morphologic observation were tested.It was indicated:(1)The morbidity of TD was increased with increases of chloride concentration in drinking water.(2)Radiolucent regions in the proximal metaphysis corresponded to regions of retained cartilage defect associated with TD after three weeks in the birds.The medial tibial contex which belonged to weight supportive side was thickened.(3)Tibial bone density was not significantly different between the treatment groups and the control group.Bone density was increased with ages.(4)Serum calcium,phosphorus and chloride were not significantly different between the treatment groups and the control group.(5)The results of morphologic study indicated:immature chondrocytes proliferated greatly resulting in opaque cartilage plug formation.The cartilage plug exhibited a failure of penetration by blood vesels.Development of bone trabeculae showed a disorderly direction.Metaphysis line was not even.
