摘要
采用水解加成法 ,通过加入适量磷酸、己二酸 ,合成了双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂 ,其双环戊二烯质量分数 (w)可达到 2 7 5%。合成实验结果表明 ,加入适量磷酸 ,可使树脂色浅、透明 ,而不影响树脂的其它性能 ;己二酸的加入能有效改善树脂的脆性。考察了双环戊二烯、己二酸加入量对双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂性能的影响 ,并与通用 1 91 # 树脂的性能进行了比较。
Dicyclopentadiene type unsaturated polyester resins(DCPD type UPR) are synthesized by hydrolysis addition method with phosphoric acid and adipic acid as modifiers.The resins contain DCPD of 27 5% and the comprehensive properties of resins are superior. Results show that the use of phosphoric acid gives a less coloration of, and a transparent product ; adding adipic acid can effectively improve brittleness of the resins.The effects of DCPD and adipic acid content on product properties are investigated and the properties of DCPD type UPR and 191 # UPR are contrasted.
