摘要
学术期刊离不开编辑更离不开作者,两者关系最基础、最原始、对立而又统一。因此,求同存异,互动协和,构建一个和谐的作者与编辑关系,不仅能让优秀的学术作品、优秀人才不断呈现出来,也可以提升编辑的自身的业务水准,而且还关系到期刊的生存和发展。如何建立编辑与作者之间的和谐关系,中西和谐观给了我们方法论上的启示。本文从和谐理论入手,探讨编辑与作者关系的和与不同,提出如何构建编辑和作者之间的和而不同的和谐关系。
Academic journals involve both editors and writers. The relationship between writers and edi- tors are the most basic and fundamental and it is a unity of opposites. Therefore, seeking common ground while reserving differences and being consonant with each other, and establishing harmonious relationship between editors and writers will not only make it possible for excellent academic papers to present, but also will be helpful for editors to improve their professional skills, and it is critical for the survival and development of a journal. Chinese and Western Concept of Harmony enlightens us on the methodology as to how to establish harmonious relationship between writers and editors. This paper starts with concept of harmony, then discusses the commonness and differences between editors and writers. At last, the author recommends how to construct harmonious relationship between editors and writers.
