摘要
老子的和谐观对于消解矛盾,实现和谐,有着重要的借鉴意义。以老子的和谐观作为出发点,探讨老子思想与高校图书馆人本管理的关系及影响,提出＂以人为本＂的高校图书馆人本管理模式。
Lao-tzu＇ s harmonious view has important reference significance on eliminating conflicts and realizing harmony. This paper, taking Lao-tzu＇ s harmonious view as a starting point, explores the influence and relationship between Lao-tzu＇ s view and humanistic management of university library, and puts forward the ＂people oriented＂ management mode of university library. 12 Refs.
