摘要
通过问卷调查法和教育叙事研究法,对中小学体育教师文化状态进行了调查和研究,认为,当前中小学体育教师文化"边缘化"现象依旧严重,体育教师的知识结构还无法完全适应课程改革的需求,学校和教研组等组织文化并未完全形成,还无法为体育教师职业发展提供必要的平台。但是中小学体育教师的角色定位、教育观念、教学行为等正在发生积极的改变。
Through the methods of questionnaire survey and field diaries of daily teaching, this study investigates P. E. teachers' culture condition. It thinks that P.g. teachers' culture marginalization phenomenon is serious. The teaching behavior does not adapt to the needs of curricular refornx The organizational culture such as schools and research groups does not fully form, which can not provide the necessary platform for the sports teachers' professional development. However, the role definition, education idea, teaching behavior of P. E. teachers in primary and middle schools are making positive change.
