摘要
论述了知识经济对高校图书馆的影响,分析了现阶段高校图书馆在人才资源开发上存在的主要问题及其原因,以及合理开发图书馆人才资源的有效途径。
This article discusses the influence of knowledge economy on the University Library, analyses that the University Library, at the present stage, have the main problems and causes on the development of human resources, and how to rationally develop an effective way of human resources.
