摘要
在CATIA平台上,利用其二次开发接口CAA对零件的参数化设计方法进行研究与阐述,提出了基于构件主要几何要素开展参数化设计的思路.以某型材类零件为例,在构件要素的基础上建立零件的参数化模型,并进一步建立该类型材的模型库.这种方法不仅可以大大提高建模效率,也可弥补同类型材标准件应用时不能因地制宜的缺点.
On the platform of CATIA, use its secondary development interface named CAA to research and expound for the method of parameterized design of parts. The idea of parameterized design based on the geometric elements of me chanical parts is proposed. Take one profile as an example, on the basis of the component elements of parts, a paramet ric model is built, and such profiles model library is estab lished. This method can not only greatly improve the model ing efficiency, but also make up for the shortcomings of the application which can not be adapted to local conditions simi lar profiles of standard parts.
